I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed by the repositionability of the caramel rectangle magnetic board.
The glue's adhesion is much weaker than that of a permanent adhesive. But even though it's repositionable, the glue generates a minimum of tension that can loosen paint chips.
We clearly state in our FAQ and in our instructions that we cannot guarantee 100% adhesive application and removal. We are transparent on this subject.
In fact, various factors can come into play: paint (number of coats of paint, preparation before painting, peeling paint, etc.), humidity, drywall. In some cases, paint can flake off, as when you remove a piece of tape or Patafix that's been on a wall for months.

I have replied to each of your e-mails. The first concerned a request to modify the accessories included with our magnetic boards. Unfortunately, we can't modify the magnets and geometric shapes included with our wallpapers or magnetic boards.
Secondly, I spoke to Alexia, to whom you offered a Terracotta rectangle magnetic board. The customer would like to return the colored coating and exchange it for a caramel coating that is more to her liking.
In our FAQ, it's clearly stated that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Concerning the return, I'll speak directly with Alexia.
Shipping is a real cost for brands. To give you an idea, shipping a magnetic board kit costs us an average of €12.

Can you send us a feedback by email to [email protected] on the use you make of this product? You mention a weak magnetic power? What type of magnets do you use? There are different types of magnets and this is also a factor for a good hold on wallpapers and magnetic boards. This criterion is even more important for the annual calendar which is composed of the black base to stick on your wall and the annual calendar which is magnetized on this base.

El paquete fue bien recibido y bien embalado. La pizarra magnética se fija en su sitio, pero el revestimiento de color de la parte superior reduce el poder magnético de la pizarra, por lo que no se puede colgar nada en ella excepto una sola hoja de papel por imán, y ni siquiera una pesada. The magnetic power of the colored boards is indeed a little weaker because of the colored coating. However, it is also important to take into account the power of the magnets that you use on this colored support. Indeed, there is a multitude of magnets with different qualities and strengths.
To hang several sheets of paper I advise you to use the following magnets https://www.ferflex.fr/les-accessoires-aimantes-ferflex/22-aimant-couleur-argent-12-pieces-3760301392972.html or of this type. These are neodymium magnets which despite their small size are very powerful.
The geometric shapes included with the colored board are made to decorate, play.
Regarding the magnetic beasts that you ordered, they fit perfectly on the colored coating.
If you wish you can send us a picture of the board with the colored coating so that I can bring you a solution. Perhaps when you rolled up the colored coating it took a bad "fold". It is important to roll up the outside color side so that you can put it away and then put it back on your chalkboard. This liner is shape memory and if you roll it up the other way, you will have trouble putting it back on your chalkboard and the magnets will not hold well.
We note that the installation went well and that despite everything you find the board great.
