We're sorry to hear, however, that the shipping costs were a point of dissatisfaction for you. We understand how important shipping costs can be to the online shopping experience.
However, due to the weight of a magnetic set, which is around 600 grams, we cannot opt for a simple envelope as a delivery method. On the other hand, our preferred delivery service providers, DPD or DHL, offer a range of delivery options: to a relay point, to the workplace or to the home. It should be noted that for the latter two options, hand delivery is preferred in order to offer a personalized customer experience.
We take your feedback on shipping costs into account, and are constantly working to improve our shipping policy and make the shopping experience more pleasant for our customers.
