Tuve un pequeño problema con la entrega del paquete con el proveedor de servicios... ¡pero con un solo correo electrónico Pauline reaccionó muy rápida y eficazmente! Recibí mi nuevo paquete en 48 horas. Gracias a ella! y no estoy decepcionada con el producto! lo había visto un poco grande... así que corté parte del papel pintado, es muy fácil y no quita nada a la facilidad de instalación. lo usamos todos los días y todos en casa están encantados!

Formas y colores muy bonitos, sólo un inconveniente, el revestimiento de color que se pone en la pizarra magnética no es magnético en todas partes y algunos imanes se caen.
